Membership

Joining COSCA is easy and inexpensive. Our rates are $30 for an individual and $40 for a family (includes children under the age of 17 living at home). To join, just follow these steps:

1. Download our membership application. (The application is 64k in size and is in Adobe PDF format. To download the Acrobat PDF Reader, go here.)

2. Print, complete, and send the form (along with payment) to COSCA's Membership Secretary:
